
Hi, My Name is Sandrine!
I am a French Canadian who works full-time as a professional pastry chef in a reputed bakery here in Québec.
I started this blog to discover new recipes and techniques that will allow me to keep learning and sharing with everyone. I made mistakes ( and still making them ) to help you avoid them because we all know that pastry can be tricky. I wanted to show that even if baking takes time and dedication it can ALWAYS be fun and well-deserved

How it's started
As 2021 approached, my partner Vlad wanted a project and I was ending pastry school. We teamed up to start Whipped. I focus on recipes and baking tips, he handles the camera. Since launching, we've gained amazing feedback and posted on multiple platforms. Whipped has not only brought us closer but also lets us learn and grow. We're building a community that loves good food as much as we do.

My partner Vladimir and I reside in Montreal with our little puppy named Coconut!
Education
At university, I studied Creative Writing. However, I chose to pursue my passion and graduate from one of Canada's greatest culinary schools.
What do you do besides blogging?
I'm hooked on baking, so after a full day at work I come here to experiment and develop recipes that I will share with you!
I also like to watch TV shows, walk my dog, and work out.
How long have you been baking?
I've been baking since I was a child. I was usually helping my mother at home, then it grew into something more, and now I'm completely devoted to this
I've been working professionally for around 3 years.
