225g Unsweetened coconut
200g Sweetened condensed milk
5g Vanilla extract
Pinch of Salt
2 Egg whites
75g Dark chocolate
Instructions
Step 1 - Make Mix
- Mix coconut, condensed milk, salt, and vanilla.
- Whip egg whites until super foamy.
- Fold egg whites into the coconut mix.
Step 2 - Shape Macaroons
- Use a 5cm ice cream scoop. Put the mix on a baking sheet.
Step 3 - Bake
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
- Take out and cool down.
Step 4 - Add Chocolate
- Melt chocolate.
- Dip the cookie's bottom in chocolate. Put back on the sheet.
- Add chocolate on top if you want.
- Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
