  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Flour
  • Milk Chocolate
  • Cream

Instructions

Mixing butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and dark chocolate together.

Mix room-temperature butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla while mixing. Mix in melted dark chocolate.

Ingredients

225g Butter

100g Sugar

60g Dark Chocolate

275g Flour

200g Milk Chocolate

125ml Cream

Instructions

Step 1: Make Dough

  1. Mix soft butter and sugar
  2. Add egg and vanilla
  3. Mix in melted dark chocolate
  4. Add sifted flour
  5. Knead until smooth
  6. Wrap it
  7. Put in fridge for 30 mins

Step 2: Shape Cookies

  1. Cut dough into 20g pieces
  2. Make balls and put on sheet
  3. Make hole with spoon
  4. Put in fridge for 30 mins

Step 3: Bake Cookies

  1. Bake at 350F for 10-12 mins
  2. Press holes deeper if needed

Step 4: Make Ganache

  1. Boil cream
  2. Pour over chocolate, wait a minute
  3. Stir until smooth

Step 5: Assemble

  1. Fill holes with ganache
