2 cans (600ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk


Prepare the Mold:

  1. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a Pyrex pie mold.
  2. Cover securely with aluminum foil.

Setting Up for Baking:

  1. Place the pie mold inside a larger pot.

Water Bath:

  1. Fill the pot with water until it reaches half the height of the pie mold.


  1. Put the set up in a preheated oven at 425F.
  2. Bake for approximately 1h30, checking the color periodically.


  1. Remove from the oven.
  2. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Storing or Serving:

  1. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use.
