    • Sugar
    • Corn syrup
    • Baking soda
    • Chocolate

    Instructions

    Pan with melting sugar and corn syrup.

    Mix Sugars

    Add corn syrup and sugar to a pan. Heat them up until they melt and reach 305°F.

    Remove the pan from heat. Quickly add baking soda and stir fast.

    Pouring the mixture into a mold.

    Pour Mixture

    Quickly pour the mix into a greased 8-inch mold lined with parchment paper.

    Spreading the mixture and letting it settle.

    Let it Settle

    Spread the mix evenly in the mold. Wait for 2 hours.

    Dipping the bars in melted dark chocolate.

    Chocolate Time

    Melt the dark chocolate. Dip each bar in it and smooth out the top.

    Finished Honeycomb Toffee bars.

    Final Touch

    Let the chocolate set. Then, enjoy your tasty treat.

    Ingredients

    Scale

    200g Sugar

    100g Corn syrup

    1 tbsp Baking soda

    250g Chocolate (dark chocolate preferred)

    Instructions

    Step 1 - Sugar Mix

    1. Add corn syrup and sugar to a pan.
    2. Melt and heat to 305°F.

    Step 2 - Add Baking Soda

    1. Remove pan from heat.
    2. Quickly add baking soda.
    3. Stir fast until well mixed.

    Step 3 - Mold & Set

    1. Pour into 8-inch greased and lined mold.
    2. Flatten it.
    3. Leave for 2 hours.

    Step 4 - Cut & Chocolate

    1. Cut into rectangles.
    2. Melt dark chocolate.

    Step 5 - Dip & Set

    1. Dip bars in chocolate.
    2. Remove extra chocolate on top.
    3. Let it set.
