Cream Mixing + Cream Folding

Cheesecake Ready
Cut a slice. Add your favorite toppings like fruit or coulis. Enjoy!
Hint: For a perfect cheesecake, don't rush the chilling time. Let it sit in the fridge for the full 8 hours.
Substitutions
Use cream cheese instead of mascarpone for a different flavor. For a gluten-free option, use almond flour for the crust.
Variations
Add a chocolate ganache top layer or mix in some berry swirls for extra flavor.
Equipment
A springform pan and a food processor are key. Without a food processor, use a rolling pin to crush the crackers and almonds.
Storage
Wrap it tightly and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. For freezing, slice it first then wrap each slice in plastic wrap.
Top tip
Ensure all your ingredients are at room temperature for smooth mixing.
