  • Graham Cracker
  • Sugar
  • Butter

Crust Making

Combine graham crackers, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Add almonds and mix again. Move this to a bowl and add melted butter.

Push the crust mix into a springform pan. Cook it in the oven. Let it cool after.

Cream Mixing + Cream Folding

Blend mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip cream until it's stiff. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mix.

Pour and Set

Fill the pan with your cheesecake mix. Make the top smooth. Keep it in the fridge for 8 hours.

Learn to make the perfect Mascarpone Cheesecake. A creamy, delicious dessert that's easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

90g Almonds slices

70g Graham Cracker

20g Sugar

45g Butter (melted)

Pinch of Salt

275g Mascarpone

475ml Heavy Whipping Cream

100g Sugar

10ml Vanilla Extract

Lemon Zest (Optional)

(Strawberry & Blueberry Sauce  )

🍓Strawberry

- 300g Frozen strawberries

- 80g Maple Syrup

- 10ml lemon juice

🫐Blueberry

- 300g Frozen Blueberries

- 90g Sugar

- 15ml Lemon Juice

Instructions

Blueberry & Strawberry Sauce

Heating the ingredients

  1. In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil
  2. Transfer in a bowl

Blending 

  1. Sift it to get rid of the seeds
  2. Refrigerate completely
  3. Pour on your favorite desserts

Cheesecake Crust

  1. In a Food Processor put the Graham Cracker, the Sugar, and the Salt.
  2. Pulse until the Graham Crackers are in a powder.
  3. Add the Sliced almonds and pulse until they are in small pieces but not a powder.
  4. Put everything in a bowl.
  5. Add the Melted Butter and mix.
  6. Put the crust in your 9-inch Springform pan.
  7. Press on it so it coats the bottom evenly.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 min.
  9. Let it cool down completely.

Cheesecake

  1. Mix Mascarpone, Sugar, and Vanilla until the texture is smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the cream until it gets stiff peaks.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream in the Mascarpone mixture.
  4. Pour into the pan.
  5. Even it out.
  6. Let it sit 8h in the fridge.

Revealing The Cheesecake

  1. Cut a nice slice of your cheesecake.
  2. Eat as it is or garnish with your favorite fresh fruits, coulis, or topping.
