    • Flour
    • Cream of Tartar
    • Baking Soda
    • Ground Cinnamon
    • Unsalted Butter
    • Sugar
    • Egg
    • Egg Yolks
    • Vanilla Extract

    Instructions

    Mixing sugar and cinnamon for the cookie topping.

    Prepare the Topping

    Mix the sugar and cinnamon well. Store it aside for later use.

    Start the Dough

    Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar.

    Put in the egg, egg yolk, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.

    Gradually add the dry mix to the wet mix. Don't overmix. Finish mixing by hand.

    Make small dough balls. Roll them in the cinnamon sugar and place them on a baking sheet.

    Ingredients

    Cookie Dough

    350g Flour

    4.5g Cream of Tartar

    3g Baking Soda

    1.5g Cinnamon Ground

    225g Unsalted Butter, room temperature

    225g Sugar

    1 Egg

    1 Egg Yolk

    10ml Vanilla Extract

    Topping

    60g Sugar

    2.5g Ground Cinnamon

    Instructions

    Step 1 - Make Topping

    1. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Put it aside.

    Step 2 - Prepare Dough

    1. In a bowl, mix these dry ingredients: flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.
    2. Use a stand mixer with a paddle. Mix soft butter and sugar.
    3. Add the egg, extra yolk, and cinnamon.
    4. Put in the dry mix in 3 parts. Mix a little.
    5. Finish mixing by hand.

    Step 3 - Shape Cookies

    1. Make dough balls, 1.5 to 2 tablespoons each.
    2. Roll balls in cinnamon sugar.
    3. Put on baking sheet.

    Step 4 - Bake

    1. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes or until starting to get golden.
    2. Eat right away. Enjoy!
