    400g Chili Dark Chocolate

    175g Sugar

    6x Eggs

    115g Butter

    60g Flour

    Instructions

    Cutting the Chocolate:

    1. Start by finely chopping the chili chocolate
    2. Place everything in a bowl

    Cake Batter:

    1. Over a water bath, melt the chocolate
    2. Set aside the melted chocolate
    3. In another bowl, mix the room temperature butter & sugar
    4. Stop mixing when the mixture turns light
    5. Add in the melted chocolate and mix
    6. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the eggs and add to the mix
    7. Mix until it comes together nicely
    8. It's time to sift your flour into the mixture and mix

    Preparing the Mold and Baking:

    1. Grease a pie mold (9'')
    2. Dust some flour on top to make sure it wouldn't stick
    3. Pour the batter into the mold
    4. Flatten it slightly & preheat the oven to 425°F
    5. Bake for 15-20 minutes & let it cool down 1h
    6. Cover & refrigerate for about 2 hours
    7. Unmold it by flipping it over!
    8. Cut a well-earned slice for yourself!
