  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Frozen Raspberries
  • Red Wine
  • Cornstarch

First, cook the raspberries, red wine, sugar, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Cool it in the fridge.

Ingredients

Cookie Dough

225g Butter

65g Sugar

275g Flour

5ml Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Cinnamon

Raspberry and Red Wine Jam

375g Frozen Raspberries

40ml Red Wine

100g Sugar

5g Cornstarch

Instructions

Step 1 - Make Jam

  1. In a saucepan, mix raspberries, red wine, sugar, and cornstarch.
  2. Boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Mix now and then.
  3. Put in a bowl, cover, and cool in the fridge.

Step 2 - Dough

  1. In a stand mixer, mix butter and sugar.
  2. Add vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Add sifted flour.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Optional: Chill 1 hour for easier shaping.

Step 3 - Shape Cookies

  1. Split dough into 20g parts.
  2. Roll into balls. Put on baking sheet.
  3. Use a spoon to make holes.
  4. Chill 30 minutes.

Step 4 - Bake

  1. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Press holes deeper if needed.

Step 5 - Put Together

  1. Fill cookie holes with raspberry and red wine jam. Enjoy!
