    1 oz (30g) Chocolate

    3 Eggs

    ½ cup (90g) Brown Sugar

    Vanilla Ice Cream (amount as desired)

    Instructions

    Step 1 - Chocolate Sheet Cake

    1. Grease and line with parchment paper a baking tray
    2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath
    3. Set aside to cool down
    4. Whisk the eggs and brown sugar
    5. Add in the melted chocolate
    6. Mix the flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder
    7. Sift over the chocolate batter
    8. Mix until homogeneous
