Looking for a tasty treat that's easy to make? This Fudge recipe is perfect. It's quick and you'll need only two main ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Chocolate
  • Salt
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Greased and lined square mold.

Prep the Mold
Grease an 8-inch square mold. Line it with parchment paper.

Melting chocolate and adding salt in a bowl.

Melting Chocolate
Melt chocolate in a water bath. Add salt to the mix.

Mix condensed milk with the melted chocolate.

Add Condensed Milk
Heat the condensed milk in the microwave. Mix it with the melted chocolate.

Chocolate mix spread evenly in mold.

Pour and Flatten
Pour the mix into the mold. Make sure it's flat.

Fudge chilling and with sea salt on top.

Add Sea Salt and Chill
Sprinkle sea salt on top. Put the mold in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Cut and Serve
Take the fudge out of the mold. Cut it into squares.

Hint: Don't overmix when you add the condensed milk. Just mix until combined to keep the fudge smooth.

Substitutions

Use dairy-free chocolate for a vegan version.

Variations

Add nuts or dried fruit for texture.

Make easy and delicious Fudge at home with just 3 ingredients. Perfect for holidays or any time you need a sweet treat. Ready in under 2 hours.

Ingredients

400g (1 can) Sweetened Condensed Milk

250g Semi-sweet Chocolate

200g Bittersweet Chocolate

¼ tsp Salt

Sea Salt (Optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Mold

  1. Grease 8-inch square mold.
  2. Add parchment paper.
  3. Put aside.

Make the Fudge

  1. Melt chocolate in water bath.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Warm condensed milk in microwave for 1 minute.
  5. Mix condensed milk into chocolate.
  6. Stir until blended, then stop.
  7. Pour into prepared mold.
  8. Smooth the top.
  9. Add sea salt for taste.
  10. Chill in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  11. Remove from mold.
  12. Cut into squares.
  13. Enjoy.
