Greasing and lining a baking pan.

Melt the butter in a pan. Add sugar, milk, condensed milk, salt, and corn syrup.

Boiling the mixture to 240F. Bring the mixture to a boil.

After reaching 240F, transfer to a stand mixer. Let it cool for 15 minutes. Start mixing.

Ingredients

120g Butter

2g Salt

900g Sugar

250ml Milk

15g Corn syrup

400g Condensed Milk

5ml Vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1 - Preparing the Mold

  1. Grease a 13x9 inch pan with butter.
  2. Line with parchment paper.
  3. Put it aside.

Step 2 - Making the Tablets

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add sugar, milk, condensed milk, salt, and corn syrup.
  3. Stir and bring to a boil.
  4. Heat to 240°F.
  5. Take off heat right away.
  6. Move to a stand mixer. Let it cool 15 minutes.
  7. Add vanilla. Beat until it's not shiny and turns grainy.
  8. Pour in your 13x9 inch pan.
  9. Wait 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
  10. Cover. Let it set for 6 hours.
  11. Enjoy.
